‘Uncharted’ captures the best grapes from the best regions in the best years and the best is not always an easy find.Far from its native home, our Uncharted Syrah is grown on a remote hillside overlooking the sparkling Hauraki Gulf. The depth and richness of volcanic clay soil in concert with gentle maritime breezes encourages these grapes to thrive.
