You probably won’t be able to find the vineyards for our Pinot Noir.
Shouldering the vineyard is the entrance to the deepest cave in the Southern Hemisphere— a dark contrast to the vines above that collect the most sunshine Aotearoa has to offer.
Tasting Notes:
“Ruby red with an attractive savoury nose with hints of fungi and cherry - this is no berry bomb. Cherry and spice continue on the palate with just the right amount of smooth and firm tannins. This is a wine you can swig and think about.”
