Down in the Antipodes, we’re guided by Takurua, the Dog Star, the brightest star in the summer night sky. That’s the star that we’re aiming for.

We found Ad Astra—Latin for ‘to the stars’—in Virgil’s ‘Aeneid’. It seems appropriate for an epic poem of journey to accompany you on yours.

This méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine is designed to bring joy. The journey is worth it, after all.

Tasting Notes:

Exuding a delightful array of fresh peach, apple and delicate floral aromas. The palate is wonderfully creamy, with soft round acidity and a delicate fruit sweetness.
